Hello, it’s GRPA & Grandyma Rensing and it’s that time of year again!

Time for the Flying Pig Marathon and the 13.1 mile Half Marathon adventure,

This year GRPA is joining me.

As you know, we have been blessed with 4 children and 6 grandchildren. All you ask God for is for everyone to be healthy and happy. Our home was and continues to be filled with laughter and love; however, 3 of our granddaughters have special needs. Your donation helps benefits BOTH foundations.

Allow me to introduce three of my granddaughters to you. Riley and Hailey Doyle, who both have Cystic Fibrosis and Claire Upchurch who has Down syndrome.

Riley is 8 and in the third grade and an avid reader, Hailey is 5 and loving Kindergarten, Claire is nearly 2 years old, she has endured open heart surgery and just like cousin Riley a GI tube surgery. As you can see these girls have a zest for life!

The girls have been through more medical procedures in their short lives than most adults. As concerned grandparents, we are doing what we can to make their futures brighter.

To do this we are raising money by participating in the Flying Pig Half Marathon, which is 13.1 miles, for both programs.  Please go to our fund raising page and help us help our girls.
