The DSAGC monitors and regularly updates three websites (dsagc.com, ndsan.org, buddywalkcincy.org which is hosted by Donor Drive). Information and updates will be posted by the Communications Coordinator and Event Manager.

The DSAGC respects the privacy of each visitor to our websites. Any personal information provided by a visitor will be used solely by the DSAGC for internal purposes and where appropriate, to contact individuals directly. Personal information will be shared only with those third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including processing credit card payments.

The information contained on DSAGC’s website is provided by the organization for general informational purposes only. None of the information on the website is intended or should be construed to be legal advice or a legal opinion. While every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on the website is as accurate as possible, omissions and errors may occur. Also, because of the nature of website development, maintenance, and updating, the information contained on the website may not reflect the most current developments. At certain places on the website, live links to other Internet addresses (“third-party sites”) can be accessed. We anonymously track your visit in order to compile statistical information about the use of our site. We do not collect information about you or your personal use of this site.  You may freely visit our website without being required to provide us with any personal information. However, if you register for an event, you must create a free sign-in account. We will send you a confirmation email to verify your user name and password and communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, confirm actions you have taken (online transactions, etc.) and manage your account. We do not collect any personal information that you do not provide during registration. The DSAGC does not share any personally identifiable information about you with unrelated third parties. You have the option to revise, update, or delete any information you have shared by contacting dsagc@dsagc.com. 

If you would like to opt out of email communications at any time, just click the Unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every email communication. You may also contact us at any time to be removed from our distribution list.

You are not required to provide any personal information on our website unless you choose to do so. However, in order to properly process charitable gifts, we do ask for personal information on our online donation pages. We use this information to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes.  When you donate to the DSAGC or the Buddy Walk, you are placed on mailing lists for mail and email updates. If you do not wish to receive physical mail from us, please contact us. If you are making a donation in honor or memory of someone, we will not use his or her personal information for any purpose other than to send an acknowledgement card.

Use of the website is at the user’s own risk, and the user will assume full responsibility for all costs that arise out of its use. Neither DSAGC nor any of its officers, directors, partners, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, or licensors shall be liable to any individual or third party for any compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or attorneys’ fees, arising out of user’s use of the website, or inability to gain access to or use the website, or out of any breach of warranty, even if such parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages were foreseeable.
